Senior Business Analyst – Cash Management & Payments

BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
  • Ensure hot communication of Cash Management (CMCC Business Incident Communication) incidents to client services and business forces. To this end, you participate in the various calls for technical and functional crises in order to ensure regular and comprehensible communication for trade. You will be responsible for producing a single, centralised and business-oriented communication for the CMCC by sending alert emails and/or conference calls in English and French.
  • Ensure Problem Management’s activity on the Swift, Cash Management and Payments perimeters, i.e. the organisation of the cold debrief of incidents with the Products, IT and Production teams, to determine the root cause of the incident, identify problems and define remedial action plans. You will be required to write the Business Incident Report for the business lines, and to ensure the production and animation of the monthly production quality monitoring committees for the SWIFT or FRB Payments scope. You will be the guarantor of good monitoring of all incidents and action plans to improve the reliability of production.
  • Participate in the construction of KPIs to monitor the quality of all Cash Management production (all entities) and the effectiveness of remediation plans. To this end, you will be invited to participate in workshops as part of the various ITG cash management reliability/remediation programmes aimed at improving the resilience of IT assets and infrastructures.
  • Works closely with product owners, architects and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and to foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
  • Serve as a liaison to the business community.

French & English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education level: Bachelor or Master

Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

At least 6 years of relevant experience

  • Cash Management and/or SWIFT functional knowledge
  • Good expertise in MS Office
  • Good understanding of IT and testing
  • Experience with requirements management
  • Good understanding of work flow processes
