As part of the replacement of its accounting software, Fedasil is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Financial Processes to carry out the following missions.

AS IS Analysis

• Model, analyze, and map the existing financial processes of the Budget & Finance department

TO BE Analysis

• Propose improvements aimed at optimizing processes (digitalization, automation, simplification, etc.)

• Analyze and map the new processes required for the agency's operations

The objectives of these analyses are to:

• Facilitate a fit-gap analysis compared to a target solution = Fedcom (SAP S/4HANA) proposed by the FPS BOSA

• Enable Fedasil to evaluate alternative solutions to Fedcom

Activities

• Analyze existing documentation

• Conduct working sessions and workshops with stakeholders

• Map and model existing processes (BPMN methodology)

• Clarify Fedasil's needs and specificities that could lead to change requests for the target solution

• Identify improvement opportunities: standardization, optimization, automation
