You will join the Transport Solutions department.

Mission

Structure, consolidate, and document the compliance of systems with CyFun/NIS2 requirements.

Objective: produce coherent, traceable, and defensible documentation for audit purposes.

Specifically:

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, completeness, and quality of the documentation demonstrating the compliance of application systems with CyFun/NIS2 requirements:

• gather and transform scattered information into structured and auditable documentation
• connect field reality (implementation) and compliance requirements
• complete and write documentation, design templates, ensure the verification of planned control points
• organize and structure working sessions with field teams to gather the necessary documents and information
• identify sources of evidence, verify the relevance and traceability of information
• prepare compliance files
• participate in the governance of the various ongoing NIS2 projects and the WPs managed by a PM within the Transport Solutions department

• Rigorous in documentation writing

Language skills

• French and Dutch: excellent
• English: good
