Fluvius is looking for an experienced project leader who will lead various projects in a specific domain.
Within Fluvius, we execute a number of project initiatives that are part of the roadmap of Asset Management and Network Operations. With these initiatives, we introduce new optimizations to existing operations. The initiatives are mainly situated within the domains of asset management and fieldwork execution (investment works and operational works). Fluvius works in synergy with other utility companies together with Synductis. Synductis coordinates the plans of the utility companies with the goal of minimizing inconvenience to society as much as possible. Synductis has its own ICT systems for this purpose, and the intention is that Fluvius sets up a “mirror project” to enable data exchange with this Synductis platform.
A second initiative is the sharing of a Digital Exchange Platform (DUP). The initial goal is to have a single digital construction file where all Synductis partners and contractors can share and edit documents. It has been agreed with Synductis that the existing Fluvius DUP will be used as the Synductis DUP. Fluvius will take the lead in this initiative, and the project leader will also coordinate this initiative and align with both internal Fluvius parties and external parties such as Synductis and potentially other partners of Synductis.

Context/Requirements

You continuously monitor the progress of your projects and take the necessary initiatives to ensure the projects run within the set criteria (time, budget, quality), even in a changing context.
You proactively manage project risks and bottlenecks and provide the correct diagnosis and interpretation.
You ensure an up-to-date status of the project in terms of budget, time, scope, risk, and bottlenecks for all stakeholders.
You lead the projects according to the methodology agreed within Fluvius and ensure that it is consistently applied by the project team members you manage.
You safeguard the content dependencies with other initiatives and projects within Fluvius as well as with the other external stakeholders you collaborate with.
You work closely with business and functional analysts and projects within the domain in which you are active.
You are a liaison officer who represents the interests of various stakeholders while achieving results within an agreed timeframe.

• The following skill will not be included in the screening: Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience.
• An earlier start date is negotiable.
