Senior Consultant R&P and Talent Acquisition & Development

Context

As part of rolling out its HR strategy, the “Reward & Performance” department is responsible for 2 major strategic projects:

  • The CFe project (Classification des Fonctions Employés): this project aims to implement a new system of classification, remuneration, and evaluation for the employee population (+/-2300) and managers (+/- 1000);
  • The AGV P3 project (Assurance Groupe/Groepsverzekering Phase 3): this project aims to redefine and implement new supplementary pension plans.

As part of rolling out its HR strategy, the ‘Talent Acquisition & Development’ department is responsible for various major strategic projects aimed at supporting the ambitions of the company plan and its ‘Talent’ pillar (talent management and succession for senior managers and managers, deployment of the competency matrix across all HR Lifecycle processes, etc.);

STIB is looking for a senior project manager to ensure the coordination and organization of these various projects while getting involved in defining solutions as an expert.

Mission Objective

  • The objective of this mission is to ensure Project Management for the implementation of the CFe project (Classification des Fonctions Employés), part 3 of the AGV project, and Talent Management projects, to support negotiations with union organizations, and to participate in the definition of functional and technical solutions for the projects.
  • Project management includes organizing the projects from their preparation phase through to go-live (methodology, plans, teams, etc.) as well as managing the different workshops and tracking/coordinating the various activities (actions, open points, risks, etc.) at each phase of these projects.
  • The Project Manager will work directly for the Reward & Performance team and the Talent Acquisition & Development team in close collaboration with the Business Analysts who are part of the HR Business Integrated Solutions team, the process owners, the key users, the IT department, the Finance department (mainly for the AGV P3 project), and the internal communication department for change management.
  • More specifically:

  • The scope of the CFe project (Classification des Fonctions Employés) includes, among other things, the definition of new classification, remuneration, and evaluation systems, the establishment of new Collective Labor Agreements (CCT), and the implementation of the new systems within STIB.

  • The technical-functional scope of the CFe project (Classification des Fonctions Employés) covers, among other things, the adaptation of job management (Org. Management), the implementation of a new remuneration model and the automation of remuneration within the framework of existing administrative measures in SAP-S/4 HR, as well as the implementation of the evaluation process within the Performance Management module of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • The scope of the AGV P3 project includes the definition of new regulations, the establishment of new CCTs, and the implementation of the new regulations within STIB.

  • The scope of the Talent projects includes the implementation of competency matrices in all HR processes, the development of talent preview and succession management for manager and senior manager populations, etc., but also the redesign and digitalization in SAP SF of all Talent Acquisition and Development processes in a comprehensive, coordinated approach that defines strategy and priorities in line with expectations set in the company plan and respecting budget constraints.
