Senior Enterprise Architect

Modalities

As part of its activities, ORES is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to strengthen its business architecture and cross-functional transformation framework.
This is a full-time assignment with an estimated duration of 12 months, ideally starting at the beginning of May 2026.
The assignment can be partially performed remotely, in consultation with the manager, with a minimum on-site presence of 2 days per week at the Gosselies site. Additional on-site presence may be requested occasionally based on the needs of the department.
As the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, possession of a driving license and a vehicle is required. Travel to other ORES sites is possible.

Mission Context

ORES is carrying out numerous transformation projects impacting its business processes, value services, data, and information systems.
The mission is to strengthen the Enterprise Architects team in their daily and cross-functional activities, in close collaboration with business departments, IT, data, and governance bodies.

Mission Objectives

This role serves as a cross-functional reference within ORES.
The Senior Enterprise Architect directly contributes to mastering complexity (interdependencies, impact analysis), the quality of decisions, and the overall consistency of the company's frameworks.

  • Ensure the overall consistency of enterprise frameworks.
  • Structure, maintain, and evolve the Enterprise Repository.
  • Provide a cross-functional architectural perspective to projects.
  • Support business and management in defining and consolidating the enterprise vision.

Main Tasks

Enterprise Architecture & Repositories

  • Structure, maintain, and evolve the Enterprise Repository (business processes, value services).
  • Ensure the cross-functional consistency of the repository and its proper positioning in reference tools.
  • Serve as a methodological reference in business architecture.

Business Support

  • Support Process Owners/Product Owners and business organizations in using the repository.
  • Assist and facilitate business analyses on the repositories performed upstream or outside of projects.
  • Contribute to the structuring and documentation of processes and services.

Project Qualification and Impact Analysis

  • Conduct cross-functional impact analyses.
  • Identify inter-department and inter-tribe interdependencies within the repositories.

Cross-functional Missions and Taskforces

  • Contribute to specific and high-stakes cross-functional missions and taskforces.
  • Provide structured analytical expertise on complex and multi-stakeholder topics.
  • Act as a facilitator between business units.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in:
  • Enterprise architecture or business architecture,
  • Cross-functional analysis and structuring of repositories,
  • Support of transformation projects,
  • Interaction with management bodies, is essential.
