The consultant works as a Functional Analyst within the Career department and supports both the career database as well as the phase-out of FLA (Federal Learning Account) and the development of ILA (Individual Learning Account). The Functional Analyst translates business needs into clear functional specifications and guides their implementation.

The objective of the assignment is to analyze, document, and monitor functional requirements, and to ensure correct implementation in close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Drafting functional specifications for modules (use cases, user interface, business rules, data model)
• Supporting and following up on the development phase (sanity checks, functional alignment)
• Conducting impact analyses for change requests
• Performing problem analyses in case of incidents
• Creating test scenarios and executing test cases
