Role

The functional analyst is responsible for analyzing the business processes of RIZIV. He or she is involved in the initial phases of the project and ensures a detailed description of the current and future state of the process. He or she leads workshops, organizes and manages the meetings necessary to gather information and to prepare the deliverables required to define the project, in accordance with the standards and methodology of RIZIV.

Responsibilities

• Organizing meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes of RIZIV;
• Preparing documents necessary to define the process, so that they can be directly used by the analysts to implement the solution;
• Ensuring throughout the project that the implemented solution matches the solution described in consultation with the Business.

• Conceptualization: translating abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions;
• Analyzing information: purposefully analyzing data and critically assessing information;
