The consultant works as a Functional Analyst within the Career department and supports both the career database as well as the phasing out of FLA (Federal Learning Account) and the building up of ILA (Individual Learning Account). The FA translates business needs into clear functional specifications and guides their realization.

The objective of the assignment is to analyze, document, and monitor functional requirements, and to ensure correct implementation in close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Drafting functional specifications for modules (use cases, user interface, business rules, data model)
• Supporting and following up on the development phase (sanity checks, functional alignment)
• Conducting impact analyses for change requests
• Conducting problem analyses for incidents
• Preparing test scenarios and executing test cases

The assignment will not be extended.
