Position

The functional analyst is responsible for analyzing the business processes of the RIZIV. He or she is involved in the initial phases of the project and ensures a detailed description of the current and future state of the process. He or she leads workshops, organizes and manages the meetings necessary to gather information and to produce the deliverables required to define the project, in accordance with the standards and methodology of the RIZIV.

Responsibilities

• Organizing meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes of the RIZIV;
• Drafting documents necessary to define the process, so they can be directly used by the analysts to implement the solution;
• Ensuring throughout the project that the implemented solution matches the solution described in consultation with the Business.
