The CATENA application – an application that enables the declaration of subcontracting chains, which is a legal obligation for actors in the economic sector included in activity sectors that must apply invoice withholding under Joint and Several Liability.

A first phase was completed in 2025. A second phase must be carried out in 2026. This therefore concerns the extension of an existing application.
