Project Leader (Senior)

Proven experience as Project Leader in infrastructure projects or development projects

Proven experience with project management techniques and the ability to use tools (risk management, issue management, ...)

Proven knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Proven knowledge and experience with ITIL.

Proven experience with terminology, organization, roles, and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...), preferably demonstrated by certification

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.

Context

Hiring of a senior project leader for the realization of various projects, mainly within the functional domains of Business Operations. Realization includes, among other things: project management, change management, selection and management of suppliers, and possibly a number of substantive assignments: analysis, preparation of a business case, proposal of a technical solution, coordination and execution of testing, coordination and delivery of trainings, coordination and editing of documentation, …

• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects with high risk, from initiation to completion

• 8 years of experience

• Project manager in highly ICT-related roles

• 8 years of experience

• Proven experience structuring complex transformations with major impact

• 6 years of experience

• Proven experience directing and monitoring external suppliers

• 3 years of experience

• Proven experience with project management methodology Agile or Scrum
