Senior IT Infrastructure Architect
The "CROSSBORDER FINES (CBF)" platform aims to coordinate, support, manage, and optimize the entire process of road fines, as well as a broader scope partially covering the digitalization effort of Justice products. CBF acts as a service provider that ensures better revenue management and optimal coordination of the various stakeholders in the process.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CI/CD pipeline implemented by Cross Border Fines. In agreement with enterprise architects, they will also be required to further develop it: additional tools must be put in place to improve incident logging and performance measurement. The selected candidate must also make the current instance more "vendor-independent." They will also need to follow up on incidents with development teams and optimize application uptimes.

Minimum number of years of experience in the role (SENIOR): 5 years in an IT environment related to the public sector, ideally at the FPS Justice with in-depth knowledge of automated CI/CD pipelines.
The role of IT infrastructure Architect (SENIOR) must therefore deliver:

The design, definition, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of the overall ICT technical architecture of systems and applications in response to the functional needs expressed by users, specifically the development and application architecture teams.

Active assistance to internal ICT managers to define, formulate, and develop technical standards regarding ICT Cloud. This takes into account parameters such as security, performance, flexibility, and technological scalability.

Drafting the technical part of business analysis, whenever aspects concerning the architecture of ICT systems or applications are involved.

Evaluation of the technical part of offers received in response to the above-mentioned specifications, notably for aspects concerning the architecture of ICT systems or Cloud applications constituting a modern and efficient CI/CD pipeline.

Estimates, planning, information analysis for the client and manager, and the creation of order files.

Improvement proposals concerning the quality, deadlines, and efficiency of the work to be performed, as well as the management of the CI/CD pipeline.

Establishing a work schedule.

Monitoring/follow-up of:

quality and performance;

compliance with specifications;

tests to be carried out.
