Senior IT Infrastructure Architect
The "CROSSBORDER FINES (CBF)" platform aims to coordinate, support, manage, and optimize the entire process of road fines as well as a broader scope that partially covers the digitalization efforts of Justice products. CBF acts as a service provider that ensures better revenue management and optimal coordination of the various stakeholders in the process.
Responsibilities:
To address recurring issues of unresolved incidents and consequently the creation of an unmanageable backlog, the governance model recommends enforcing a daily procedure for managing operational incidents.
An incident is defined as the interruption of an IT service or the reduction of quality of an IT service. The malfunction of a system configuration that has not yet affected the system is also considered an incident. An incident must be logged, in systems such as JIRA, by the first person who detects the incident. This can be from the IT, business, or client side. A clear prioritization of incidents is necessary. Priority should be defined using the following criteria: number of users impacted; amount impacted (€); service interruption; type of information impacted; impact on citizens.
