You will join the Transport Solutions department, within the IT division of STIB. You will be responsible for defining and delivering various key projects within the department, together with the relevant domain expertise teams, on a portfolio of critical applications supporting operations.

Structure and manage priority projects involving functional, technical, and organizational change based on business needs. Define and implement the governance of the relevant projects, taking into account existing practices and processes.

Coordinate delivery teams, in connection with the project team managers and run teams, or external suppliers. Carry out the preparation of specifications and calls for tenders where applicable, and prepare orders for services or equipment.

Lead change management, ensure reporting and communication. Manage budgets.

The assignment may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial term) of 880 working days. The PM must ensure a “maximum” on-site presence to guarantee effective business/IT liaison.
