Mission Description

You will work within the Business Solutions department and report to the Manager Build & Transform. The main mission of the department is to guarantee internal performance by providing quality IT solutions. We develop, operate, and maintain a wide range of internal IT solutions such as the SAP suite, as well as document management solutions like SharePoint, Documentum, or OpenText, file management solutions, the intranet as well as the STIB mobile application and the website. We propose and develop a strategic vision for the digital evolution of STIB’s internal performance.

You will join the Build & Transform team, responsible for the analysis, preparation, and execution of the department’s projects.

Your role:

• Initiate projects and Work packages and define with the teams the solutions to be implemented (functional and non-functional scope, architectural and technical, budget, planning);
• Ensure the coherence of these projects in relation to other ongoing projects;
• Ensure coordination with key internal and external suppliers;
• Coordinate the implementation and ensure RUN preparation at the end of the project, in connection with the Service Manager(s);
• Prepare change requests and possible calls for tenders to obtain the components of the defined solutions;
• Coordinate and supervise the execution, testing, training, and change management phases;
• Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the business, other IT departments, external suppliers;
• Perform risk analysis, identify service providers, contacts, and experts, define and implement the project organization, including the project team and act as its driving force;
• Ensure decision-making, communication, and reporting to stakeholders directly or indirectly concerned by the project;

• French or Dutch: excellent
• Second language French or Dutch: good
• English: good

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
