Sibelga is looking for a dynamic and structured Portfolio Officer with strong analytical, governance, and reporting skills. Experienced in supporting Strategy & Transformation functions by translating strategic priorities into actionable, well governed portfolios. Skilled in Enterprise Portfolio Governance, PfMO–PMO collaboration models, STO/TMO/PgMO operating models, Portfolio Board preparation, and data driven steering. Adept at producing executive level reporting, managing portfolio health (OKR, value, risk, capacity), and enabling transparent, aligned decision making.

Governance Frameworks (STO, PfMO, PgMO, TMO)

  • Operationalised STO, PfMO, PgMO, and TMO governance frameworks, ensuring clarity of roles, decision rights, and escalation paths.
