Experienced in supporting Strategy & Transformation functions by translating strategic priorities into actionable, well governed portfolios. Skilled in Enterprise Portfolio Governance, PfMO–PMO collaboration models, STO/TMO/PgMO operating models, Portfolio Board preparation, and data driven steering. Adept at producing executive level reporting, managing portfolio health (OKR, value, risk, capacity), and enabling transparent, aligned decision making.
