The "Project Manager" is responsible for the complete management of the project lifecycle under their charge, from defining the IT solution and implementing it to adoption by the business.

They are responsible on the ground for achieving an optimal result that complies with the specifications (or the description of the need) in terms of quality, performance, budget, and timeline.

Ongoing projects to support:

• Assist the project teams of the three operational departments of citydev.brussels in the (re)structuring of real estate project management, from prospecting to the complete realization of the project.
• Assist the Human Resources department in implementing leave management, integrating it into the ArnoHR payroll tool, and extending it to telework management within citydev.brussels.
• Support citydev.brussels employees in taking ownership of and mastering the tools that support their business and processes.
• Support the IT department in its projects such as the implementation of selected IT tools, the development of IT management aspects such as security, document management, a DPR…

Previous experience in the following areas is highly appreciated:

• Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP (modules FI, CO, FM, SD, MM, PS, ReFX).
• Knowledge and experience in implementing ‘ERP’ solutions such as Odoo or equivalent.
• Project management combining clear governance and flexibility suitable for an SME of approximately 150 employees.
• Experience in public services.
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.

citydev.brussels operates in an environment composed of SAP, Office 365, and Odoo.
