As a Senior Project Manager – BI architect & team leader, you are part of the BICC department of the DG BSB&I (Budget, Strategic Management and Integrity) and are responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

Management of BI projects in a SAP environment:

• Data warehousing:
• SAP BW HANA
• SAP Datasphere
• SAP Dataservices

• SAP BPC

• Front-end:

• SAP Business Objects (WebIntelligence, Crystal Report, SAP Analysis, CMC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud

• Main external data sources:

• SAP HR, SAP FI/CO, DMFA/LTDS, …

You are responsible for the quality assurance of the deliverables, robustness, documentation, and compliance with the agreed delivery deadlines.
You are responsible for compliance with the BICC conventions and legislation (e.g. GDPR), as well as for the methodology used in the deliverables.
Architecture design after consultation, modeling of BI objects and data flows, integrations with authentic sources in line with the approach agreed with internal experts
Optimizing and automating the data flows and visuals in line with professional obligations
Supporting and documenting the deliverables
Knowledge transfer to internal staff
Advising and training of the internal experts
Coordinating external experts in consultation with the department head:
- drafting the technical plan
- consideration of external impact
- division of tasks
- progress monitoring
- follow-up of technical incidents and handling of tickets
- identifying potential risks

Technical reporting and reporting on the allocation of external resources per BI project.

Fields of expertise: 5 years of proven experience as PM BI in the area of HR (payroll administration) and budgeting in the public sector is considered an asset.
