As Senior Project Manager Employee Benefits, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our Employee Benefits (EB) strategy. You will identify the needs of our customers, distribution partners, and employees regarding employee benefits, and translate these insights into digital developments and applications that support our EB strategy. You will drive the digitalization and innovation of our employee benefits offering, turning opportunities and challenges into concrete ideas and projects.
- You have an understanding of financial services and in particular the insurance industry and are passionate about mapping out the digital needs and expectations of customers, distribution partners, and employees.
- You closely follow trends in digital service delivery, and know how to develop and prioritize digitalization scenarios in the backlog.
- You have solid experience with innovative projects and know how to work with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions using agile methodologies.
- You collaborate with colleagues from various business domains and IT to realize projects that advance our Employee Benefits strategy.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Manager who will help us realize our Employee Benefits strategy. You are an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience leading innovative projects, customer journey redesign, and/or digitalization initiatives.
- You can empathize with the needs of employees and translate these into concrete proposals that support our EB strategy.
- You work autonomously and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- You are able to see the big picture and work towards a long-term vision, while also delivering tangible short-term results.
- You are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
