Senior project manager in collective intelligence and participative innovation

As part of the gradual implementation of the Microsoft CRM solution, the objective is to collect, through a collective intelligence approach, detailed qualitative feedback (expectations, pain points, suggestions) to guide functional developments and change management by evaluating feedback from 1200 advisors.

Mission objectives:

  • Design and management of the consultation:

  • Identify issues, challenges, and areas of analysis with the project team.

  • Build an online questionnaire/consultation favoring open-ended questions to encourage free expression from advisors.

  • Select the most suitable tool for collecting and performing semantic analysis of the verbatim responses.

  • Implementation and mobilization:

  • Configure and publish the questionnaire online, ensuring accessibility for all advisors.

  • Define and implement an internal communication plan to maximize the participation rate (information campaigns, reminders, relay points).

  • Qualitative analysis and synthesis:

  • Utilize collected data through semantic grouping, trend analysis, grouping into macro clusters and clusters, and identifying “nuggets” (weak signals, innovative ideas).

  • Produce a structured synthesis including key learnings, areas for improvement, and recommendations for change management support.

  • Reporting and management:

  • Present results and recommendations to the project team during a dedicated session.

  • Propose a detailed schedule of steps (scoping in September 2025, launch of the consultation in October, analysis in November, and reporting in December 2025).
