Context

The Platform Engineering division provides development teams with a suite of shared platforms, products, and services to accelerate application delivery while ensuring security, standardization, and operational efficiency.

The division notably covers areas such as:

• Community Cloud (G cloud) and Public Cloud
• CI/CD and Software Factory
• Databases and DBaaS
• Middleware (API Gateway, Messaging, Load Balancing, Routing, WAF, etc.)
• Observability Platform
• Tools and services for developers

Mission

In a context of rapidly evolving technologies, a growing service portfolio, and an increasing number of strategic initiatives, the transverse project manager leads strategic projects and programs involving multiple Platform Engineering teams. They coordinate technical teams, service managers, architects, and management to ensure the coherence of initiatives, their alignment with the division's priorities, and visibility of their progress.

As such, they:

• Lead complex cross-functional projects involving multiple teams
• Coordinate dependencies and contributions from various stakeholders
• Monitor schedules, risks, actions, and decisions
• Prepare reports for management
• Contribute to defining and tracking roadmaps
• Facilitate communication between teams and with internal clients
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with the division's strategy

Terms

• Full-time mission
• First contract until December 31, 2026
• Possible extension in three-month periods, depending on needs
• Hybrid organization: minimum two days per week in the office and up to three days remote work

Desired Profile

• Experience in managing complex projects or cross-functional programs.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• General understanding of cloud environments, platforms, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and advance multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Autonomy, proactive mindset, and results orientation.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2
• French or Dutch speaker with an active knowledge of the other national language

Priority Projects

Platform Security

Lead a unified security roadmap for all division platforms, from definition to execution, to harmonize practices and accelerate standard adoption.

Public Cloud Adoption

Support the transition to Public Cloud by coordinating cross-team initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• track team onboarding
• ensure technical choices are coherent

• consolidate organizational, technical, and operational impacts

CI/CD Program

Lead the CI/CD program with technical leads and architects, monitor its progress, and promote the adoption of modern development practices.

Strengthening Business Units' Autonomy

Coordinate and prioritize evolutions that strengthen the autonomy of development teams, while ensuring visibility of progress and compliance with standards, governance, and shared platforms.

Platform Services Portfolio Management

Contribute to structuring and managing the division's platform services portfolio.
