The Senior SAP BC is responsible for the technical infrastructure, availability, performance, and security of the SAP environment. He/she acts as the guarantor of the proper functioning of the company's “nervous system.”

In this role, he/she will be responsible for:

• Operational Maintenance (MCO): Ensuring optimal system availability, performance, and security.
• System Administration: Installation, configuration, upgrades, and monitoring of SAP ECC servers and providing occasional support for these same tasks on S/4 HANA.
• Transport Management: Overseeing the process of transporting changes (transports) between the different environments (development, quality, production) to ensure error-free integration.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support, resolving complex issues, managing incidents, and ensuring Application Maintenance (TMA).
• User and Security Management: Administering access rights, system security, and user profiles.
• Collaboration: Interacting with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, and IT managers for migrations and data management.
• Documentation: Keeping documentation up to date.

Mission Execution Details:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially deliver 440 man-days spread over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• The services will be carried out at least 3 days a week on-site at VIVAQUA’s Head Office, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that overtime or work outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) is not allowed without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the service continuity requirements of VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning leave and will agree in advance with the Managing Officer in this regard.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA's “Code of Conduct for External Providers,” which is available upon simple request.

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
