Context

Digit’Eaux is continuing the digital transformation of public operators in the water sector in Wallonia. In this context, we are looking for a senior SAP FSM capable of carrying the end-to-end Field Service vision and ensuring the integration of field processes with the SAP ecosystem. The candidate will be the SAP FSM functional reference and will contribute to the optimization of interventions, maintenance, resource management, and planning of technical teams.

Main Mission

You are the SAP FSM specialist of the organization. Your mission is to carry out technical and functional expertise tasks in the Field Service Management domain of SAP (Design, configure, develop, and support the SAP FSM solution while ensuring optimal integration with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and specific developments) while actively driving the skill development and empowerment of junior Digit’Eaux collaborators. You support the business from the expression of needs through to production go-live.

Mission Objectives

Operational Expertise Aspect:

• Take on functional responsibility for SAP FSM and become the internal reference for all topics related to planning, dispatching, mobile applications, field intervention execution, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Coaching and Knowledge Transfer Aspect:

• Provide daily support to junior profiles through mentoring, peer reviews, and co-working.
• Build and lead skill development paths (workshops, sharing best practices, practical cases).
• Assess the technical progress of supported collaborators and identify their additional training needs.
• Foster the autonomy of more junior profiles by adopting a coaching posture (questioning, constructive feedback, progressive delegation).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the SAP FSM solution.
• Analyze business needs and define functional solutions.
• Optimize planning and dispatching processes for field teams.
• Configure activities, skills, SLAs, workflows, and FSM business rules.
• Support the deployment of technician mobile applications.
• Ensure FSM integrations with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and peripheral applications.
• Write functional specifications for ABAP, APIs, CPI, and BTP developments.
• Ensure testing, quality, documentation, and Level 2/3 support.
• Upskill more junior members of the Digit’Eaux team through knowledge sharing and assessment of training, specialization, etc. needs.
• Train users and support change management.

Mandatory SAP FSM Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years practical experience on SAP FSM.
• Demonstrated experience on Planning & Dispatching Board.
• Mastery of FSM Mobile Applications.
• Advanced configuration of activities, teams, skills, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of Smartforms, Workflows, and Business Rules.
• Experience with SAP FSM Cloud integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
• Participation in several FSM deployment or transformation projects.

Elimination Criteria

• Lack of significant SAP FSM experience.
• Profile mainly focused on PM without FSM expertise.
• Lack of experience integrating FSM with SAP.
• Lack of experience in field solution support or deployment.

Mission Conditions

• Duration: 6-month mission
• Start date: Start upon assignment
• End date: 30/06/2027.
• Workload: 3 days per week over the 6-month period, totaling 78 days.
• Workplace: The main location is in Couillet (Charleroi) or Verviers. Travel may be required to SWDE offices.
• Work organization: In-person meetings and exchanges should be prioritized. Presence required on Thursdays in Couillet. A minimum presence of 2 days per week at the office is essential.
