Description de mission

The Technical Test Coordinator & Test Expert for SHS and PatchMyPC contributes to the IS Business Unit’s collective effort to provide customers with high-quality, needs-driven IT solutions.

As Test Coordinator & Test Expert, you will join the Transversal Testing Team, which supports the various IS departments of STIB-MIVB in testing their projects and products.

You will be responsible for the entire testing life cycle of SHS (Software Hors Standard, including Office and industrial applications) as well as applicative updates delivered through PatchMyPC.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining test scenarios
• Executing tests
• Organizing test sessions
• Supporting users during their functional tests
• Reporting on test progress and results

The role requires solid experience in software packaging and installation via SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), as well as a high level of adaptability.

To enable functional testing by users, you will:

• Set up and maintain a test lab (Office laptops and ruggedized devices)
• Monitor the health of the lab using dashboards created in PowerShell

When issues are detected during testing, you will perform initial debugging.

The role also requires the ability to travel, as your testing activities will be carried out both onsite and in the Tram and Metro depots.
