The assignment is set in a dual context:

• Firstly, the refactoring of the IT solution for regional vehicle taxation, including phase 2 of the reform for the registration tax to be applied as of July 1, 2026
• Secondly, the implementation of the new road tax vignette from the first quarter of 2027

Possibility to work more than 50% on site in Namur according to need

Test Coordination

The Test Coordinator is to participate in the design and execution of cross-application, E2E, and parallel run tests in the context of evolving applications related to regional taxation.

They must coordinate the activities for the reception of deliverables in consultation with the program manager(s), align schedules, and prepare test reports.

They will contribute to the standardization of the testing methodology for applications related to vehicle taxation and its implementation within the targeted programs.

The deliverables may include:

• Test plans
• Schedules
• Execution of application tests and Jira tickets
• Test report
• Methodology
