To join the TAT team at ONEM, we are looking for an experienced Transversal Architect with more than 10 years of experience, specialized in Java development and team coaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Java development projects, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.
• Design and implement REST APIs for seamless integration with various applications.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments, automating processes for increased efficiency and reliability.
• Supervise and coach development teams, fostering skills growth and best practices.
• Architect and develop scalable microservices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science – Software Engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in Java/Angular development.
• Techlead expertise (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Expertise + recent experience (minimum 2 years) in facilitating engineering practices within teams (code quality, test strategy, CI/CD, tech standards)
• Expertise + recent experience (minimum 5 years) in coaching/supporting/mentoring junior/medior developers
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Professional proficiency in English.
