ABOUT THE POSITION

As a support employee, you are the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues regarding the Windows 11 migration. You provide support and service throughout the Windows 11 migration for both the IT team and end users in Dessel and Brussels.

Some of your tasks:

  • Providing first-line support for end users via phone, e-mail, and ticketing system regarding the Windows 11 migration.
  • Documenting solutions and procedures for future use and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintaining good communication with users and ensuring timely feedback.
  • Collaborating with the IT teams regarding issues and questions about the Windows 11 migration.

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Windows migrations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT position.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Communicative, hands-on, and autonomous.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune) is required.
