The mission

As a Service Designer, you design and orchestrate end-to-end service and product experiences, from user research to solution validation.

You ensure the delivery of consistent, intuitive experiences aligned with strategic objectives, while guaranteeing overall service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Understand user needs and client expectations through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Design and model user journeys and services (personas, journeys, service blueprints…).
  • Co-create solutions with clients, project teams, and users (wireframes, prototypes, user testing).
  • Produce initial wireframes to bridge the gap between overall user experience strategy (user journey, service blueprint…) and the concrete design of digital interfaces.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of the user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support development teams and ensure compliance with UX and accessibility best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous evaluation of solutions through testing, indicators, and analysis.
  • Apply the applicable information security rules.
