Job Description:

You will work within the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) department and report to the Manager Digital Workplace.

The mission of the Digital Workplace – SharePoint service is to provide content management solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem, covering the entire information lifecycle: capture, processing, storage, and delivery through digital channels (intranet, websites, applications, etc.).

The addressed areas notably include digitization, document management, collaboration, case management, and internal and external digital platforms.

In this context, the role of SharePoint Architect / Technical Administrator is key to structuring, securing, and evolving the platform in a controlled and sustainable architectural approach.

Your Mission:

You support the Digital Workplace team in the implementation and evolution of a clear, coherent, and governed SharePoint architecture, aligned with the company's IT standards.

In this capacity, you will:

• Define, maintain, and evolve the SharePoint platform architecture (Online and/or On-Prem), ensuring its overall coherence and alignment with the Microsoft ecosystem (notably Power Platform).
• Structure and guide the SharePoint team in its technical and organizational choices, to ensure a readable, scalable, and controlled platform.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance, ensuring that every solution (including developments or applications) complies with the defined standards.
• Validate design choices upstream of projects, through validation bodies in line with the "Demand Management" process, and support business teams in translating their needs into solutions aligned with the target architecture.
• Implement and maintain repositories, standards, and best practices (patterns, guidelines, development rules, site structuring, access management, etc.).
• Ensure communication and stakeholder buy-in (IT teams, business units, partners) around the architectural vision and rules.
• Participate in governance bodies and play a role as guarantor of the quality and sustainability of implemented solutions.

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a profile capable of providing structure, framework, and unity.

You are an architectural reference, able to bring clarity to a complex environment, while supporting teams in increasing maturity and adopting best practices.

It is also expected that this architectural reference can rely on strong technical administration skills to address the operational challenges of the platform and effectively support the business in its projects.

In a context where low-code / no-code usage is rapidly growing, the role also includes a key responsibility in the governance and structuring of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).

You ensure the oversight of developments carried out by business units in order to guarantee:

• coherence with the overall architecture,
• security and compliance of solutions,
• maintainability and reusability of components,
• and control of costs and licenses.

You define a clear framework to encourage business unit autonomy while avoiding solution drift (shadow IT), by implementing standards, controlled environments, and shared best practices.
