You work within the CIO Office department and report to the Information Security Manager. The main mission of the IT Security service is to manage and implement IT security at STIB. We develop, operate, and maintain all IT security processes.

As a SOC Analyst Expert, your role will be to:

Implementation of practices and tools:

• Contribute to the implementation of the detection service (SIEM, …)

• Contribute to defining the event log collection strategy

• Participate in the development and maintenance of event correlation rules

Monitoring and improvement:

• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of procedures, and build procedures for new types of incidents

• Contribute to ongoing monitoring of threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methods to enhance event correlation rules

• Reporting and documentation

You provide accurate figures and technical details on time. You report progress statuses and facilitate decision-making.
