1. Presentation of ETNIC

ETNIC (Entreprise pour les Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication) is the IT operator of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. As a public interest organization, ETNIC's mission is to design, develop, maintain, and evolve information systems and technological infrastructures serving the administrations and institutions of the FWB.

A central player in the digital transformation of the Belgian French-speaking public sector, ETNIC operates in various fields such as:

• Management of IT infrastructures (networks, security, data centers, cloud),
• Development of custom business applications,
• Support of digital projects (functional analysis, UX/UI, project management),
• Cybersecurity and data protection,
• User support and training.

With a constant focus on innovation, performance, and public service, ETNIC regularly collaborates with external partners to strengthen its teams through IT consultancy assignments. These collaborations take place within an ethical, professional framework oriented towards the quality and tangible impact of the delivered solutions.

2. Mission

Mission objectives:

• Architecture & Infrastructure Evolution: Design and evolve the technical/solution architecture of MFT GoAnywhere (Clustering, gateways, PROD/NON-PROD separation, DB & storage replication);
• Governance & Flow Security: define security, encryption, and access rules while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations;
• Design & Integration of Flows: validate and model the functional and technical design of complex exchange flows (Workflows, Scripts, APIs, connectors, forms, etc.) and arbitrate the choice between MFT and Web Services/APIs;
• Migration & Support: Establish the migration strategy for scattered legacy flows and lead the communication/training plan for project teams and internal partners.

Hierarchical reporting:

• within the Middleware service of the infrastructure department and under the supervision of the team leader;

Other:

As a consultant, you are subject to the same working conditions as our internal staff, i.e., a hybrid mode combining on-site and remote work, with a mandatory minimum of 50% presence in our offices.

The mission is exclusively in French.
