Solution Architect Senior
Presentation
The Federal Police is engaged in a large-scale digital and organizational transformation, aiming to modernize its processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and better meet the expectations of citizens and field services.
This transformation is driven by the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), the true strategic engine of the organization, under the responsibility of the Digital Transformation Officer. The DTO defines the digital strategy, leads the transformation office, and ensures the alignment of all initiatives with the strategy of the Federal Police and the Integrated Police.
Its actions are based on three complementary pillars: IT, innovation, and intelligence (Data).
The DTO operates within a global transformation framework structured around five main axes:
- Framing and structuring of initiatives (intake, program management, target operating model, legal aspects),
- Foundations and standardization, including the modernization of IT infrastructures, security, data integration, and stabilization of fundamentals (“Fix the basics”),
- Transformation of business domains, both administrative and operational, and citizen-oriented,
- Innovation, with the integration of emerging technologies, notably Artificial Intelligence,
- Cross-functional governance, ensuring coordination between steering bodies and operational units, as well as change management support.
You will join the Product Division (DIPO) team of the Federal Police’s IT department (DRI). You will also be in constant contact with the CTO who is responsible for the overall technological vision and steering the digital transformation.
Project
As part of a structured digital transformation program integrating hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, an aging application landscape being modernized, data, and co-creation environments, we are looking for a Solution Architect capable of combining strategic vision, technical leadership, and strong operational involvement.

- Design, estimation, and construction of an integration architecture with a focus on service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions
- Supervision of the application portfolio and management of the application lifecycle, including modernization or decommissioning
- Development of complex integration solutions using technologies such as Webmethods, JMS, Apache Camel, and WebServices (REST/SOAP)
- Framing and implementation of interfacing and automation of flows between different platforms (e.g.: automatic data transfer via API between a CRM/ERP and other applications)

Production of architecture documents; namely High Level Design (HLD) to provide a high-level understanding of architectural design to ensure data flow consistency between systems
-
Definition, maintenance, and evolution of the Data architecture
- Data and data flow modeling using standard methods (UML and BPMN)
- Design, estimation, and construction of a centralized, secure, and high-performance Data architecture
- Definition of solutions enabling extraction, retrieval, and injection of data via OCR / AI
