The organization operates in a complex technological environment combining a legacy application landscape and modern components. The context includes a structural transformation of the IT landscape, modernization of architectures, reduction of technical debt, adoption of Cloud, and compliance with regulatory requirements, notably NIS2.
The existing applications cover critical areas such as unemployment regulation (payments, debt management, financial and accounting processing). Part of these systems relies on legacy technologies, while new Cloud/hybrid architectures are emerging. The architect plays a key role in harmonizing, securing, and ensuring the consistency of these architectures.
