Specific Functional Analyst CRM for a project in MS Dynamics 365

1. Presentation of ETNIC

ETNIC (Entreprise pour les Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication) is the IT operator of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. As a public interest organization, ETNIC’s mission is to design, develop, maintain, and evolve information systems and technological infrastructures for the administrations and institutions of the FWB.

2. Mission

The Functional Analysis Competence Center is seeking a functional analyst (field of Youth Assistance) capable of:

  • Analyzing and specifying the needs of business teams for the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional integrator role);
  • Collecting and analyzing specific needs (outside the CRM scope) in order to design the detailed functional specifications required for the development of a tailor-made application integrated into the CRM.

To this end, he/she will follow the methodology of the ETNIC Functional Analyst Competence Center.

He/she will also provide support to internal and external developers during the development phase as well as guidance to internal analysts who do not have experience with MS Dynamics.

The mission is full-time (including part-time on-site presence). It will start on August 1st, 2026 and continue in 2027.

3. Skills

The following technical knowledge and skills are expected:

  • Knowledge of the modules offered by MS Dynamics;
  • Knowledge of the different environments (development, test, production) offered by MS;
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages);
  • Ability to configure the platform (creation of fields, forms, views, business rules);
  • Skills in UML modeling;
  • Knowledge of Agile concepts;
  • Knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool.

He/she must also possess the following skills:

  • Ability to support Functional Analysts in their maturity development with respect to CRM;
  • Ability to distinguish business needs depending on whether they require a standard CRM configuration or custom development in response to a need;
  • Ability to support change within business teams;
  • Knowledge of major AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and their models.

Minimum required skills

  • UML modeling – 10 years
  • CRM-oriented functional analysis – 5 years
  • MS CRM Dynamics – 6 years

Desired certifications

  • Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • Exam MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Certification in Agile Scrum methodology

Ideally, he/she should also have experience in the public sector. Experience in FWB domains (education, youth assistance, sport, culture, justice houses, etc.) is an asset, as is knowledge of the financial/accounting field.

As part of his/her work, the consultant will be required to write and submit reports, but also to express himself/herself orally in French. It is therefore essential that he/she masters the language both orally, in comprehension, and in writing.
