• Designing and optimizing the new website in accordance with the Social Security design system.
• Translating user needs into user-friendly, accessible, and consistent digital solutions.
• Evaluating, simplifying, and improving existing communication channels, such as correspondence, emails, and web content.
• Conducting and analyzing user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user testing.
• Mapping the user experience and customer journey of citizens, employers, and other target groups.
• Organizing and facilitating workshops to gather user insights and identify improvement initiatives.
• Researching and evaluating new communication channels and digital services.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and UX recommendations to support development projects.
• Ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and the consistent application of the design system.
