SUPPORT SYSTEM ENGINEER MEDIOR
The Medior System Engineer ensures the management, optimization, and evolution of the company’s IT infrastructure with a significant level of autonomy. He/she works on Windows server environments, virtualization, identity management (Active Directory/Entra ID), and actively contributes to security, documentation, and process improvement. He/she also participates in technical projects and plays an active role in knowledge transfer by supporting and training junior profiles to strengthen the team's skills.
In this role, he/she will be responsible for:
- Administering and optimizing Windows servers.
- Managing user accounts, access rights, and groups in Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Overseeing maintenance, monitoring, and resolving complex incidents on the infrastructure (servers, storage, backups, networks).
- Implementing and managing virtualized environments (VMware).
- Automating tasks via scripting (PowerShell).
- Participating in the configuration and management of M365, Intune, and SCCM solutions.
- Contributing to the implementation of security and compliance policies (GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2).
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures.
- Actively participating in infrastructure upgrade or migration projects, with a technical coordination role.
- Proposing improvements for system performance and security.
Mission execution modalities:
- The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide 440 man-days spread over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a working schedule of 40 hours per week, during VIVAQUA's business days.
- Services will be performed at least 3 days/week on-site at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially in a non-continuous manner, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
- The consultant is informed that he/she is not authorized to work overtime or outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
- The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA’s service continuity needs and the constraints related to the projects managed by VIVAQUA in the planning of their leave, and must agree in advance with the Managing Officer in this regard.
- The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA's “Code of Conduct for External Service Providers”.
Additional information:
The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 business days.
