As part of the departure of an internal System Engineer, the company is seeking an external consultant to ensure the operational continuity of the IT service and support the modernization of the infrastructure. The assignment covers both RUN activities (support, maintenance, operations) and projects (upgrade, transformation, standardization).

The current environment will be completely updated:

• Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Server infrastructure (virtualization, storage, backups)
• Packaging and management of devices via
  Microsoft Intune - Ensure the compliance of infrastructures and workstations with security best practices

The mission is planned for a minimum duration of 6 months

2. Mission Objectives

• Guarantee the stability and availability of IT services.
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support.
• Work on the realization of infrastructure evolution projects.
• Document, standardize, and professionalize IT practices.
• Support the transition to a modernized and coherent environment.

3. Main Responsibilities

A. RUN / Support & Operations

• Level 1 / Level 2 technical support across the entire infrastructure.
• Diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents (network, servers, devices).
• Daily management of environments:
• AD / Azure AD
• Windows Servers
• Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware depending on context)
• Storage, backups, monitoring
• Management of user requests and escalation if necessary.
• Follow-up on operational security (patching, hardening, compliance).

B. Projects & Modernization

• Redesign and optimization of the network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Upgrade of server and storage infrastructure.
• Migration or optimization of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Redesign of device deployment methods.
• Implementation or improvement of application packaging via
  Intune
• Standardization and automation (PowerShell, Intune, GPO, etc.).
• Participation in defining the target architecture.
• Technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Experienced consultant (minimum 5–10 years) in infrastructure and workplace.
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proactive in proposing modernization and rationalization of the existing environment.
• Results-oriented, rigorous, structured.
• Ability to manage RUN and projects simultaneously.
• The role requires occasional availability outside office hours, particularly for certain planned or urgent interventions (patching). Office hours: 8am–5pm.
• Limited and occasional remote work.
