About Aquafin

Your role

• You strengthen the team responsible for the digital hardware and software supporting the business
• You help build a secure Digital environment for all Aquafin employees
• You contribute to a manageable rights structure and ensure secure access to information
• You handle operational second-line questions and incidents from the business in our ITSM
• You work closely with colleagues within Digital and stakeholders within the organization
• Perform global quality assurance (best practices including security, implementation of naming conventions, technical documentation)
• Provide technical support / problem-solving input
• Accurately follow, draft, and keep procedures up to date

What profile are we looking for?

• At least three years of relevant experience in a similar job as System administrator
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good command of English
• You work according to clear processes and tackle challenges with a systematic approach. You are result-oriented, not afraid to get hands-on, and focus on quality and efficiency

• Knowledge and experience in the following domains are a significant asset:

• Active Directory / Entra ID

• Microsoft 365: Office, SharePoint, Teams & Teams Voice
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint configuration manager (SCCM)
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Windows 11
• Mobile 4G routers
• Rights management / IAM
• PowerShell scripting

You have a good basic knowledge of related technologies such as Entra ID, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. - You recognize yourself in qualities such as independence, taking ownership, proactivity, flexibility, an open and transparent mindset, and a pragmatic, problem-solving way of thinking. - You possess strong communication and technical documentation skills.
