Context

Massive migration TKGI → OpenShift to be completed by December 2026.

Challenges: huge standardization debt (Helm standard, Kustomize, ArgoCD, Vault), teams mainly junior, seniors overwhelmed.

Mission Objective

• Accelerate the migration.
• Ensure strict compliance with defined standards.
• Reduce errors and rework.
• Train and support teams to make them autonomous.

Tasks

• Act as the technical referent for Kubernetes within the scope of this migration.
• Validate designs and compliance with GitOps standards (ArgoCD/Kustomize/Helm/Vault).
• Support teams with namespace migrations.
• Answer technical questions, absorb the workload of seniors.
• Conduct reviews, correct approaches, secure deployments.
• Structure a simple and reproducible migration method.
• Train juniors/mediors through daily coaching.
