The Senior System Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructures. He/she ensures the security, performance, and availability of systems, while supervising junior engineers and participating in the definition of technical standards.

In this role, he/she will be responsible for:

• Participating in the daily administration and evolution of Windows servers.
• Managing, securing, and evolving the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Participating in infrastructure evolution or migration projects under the supervision of the IT team.
• Providing technical support to users and documenting processes: you assist your colleagues, write clear guides and procedures, and train teams to facilitate the adoption of tools.

Mission execution modalities:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially deliver 440 man-days spread over a period of ± 2 years, based on a 40-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days/week on-site at VIVAQUA’s Headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that he/she is not authorized to work overtime or outside business hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express permission of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the necessity of VIVAQUA’s service continuity and project constraints when planning leave and will agree this in advance with the Managing Official.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA’s “Code of conduct for external service providers”.

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial term) of: 880 working days.
