Purpose of the Position

The position is responsible for supporting development processes and managing deployment, release, and infrastructure processes in order to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable IT environment.

Areas of Result

• Contributing to the renewal of hardware and/or software components and conducting the necessary functional or technical analyses with the aim of meeting the needs of end users and the company.
• Aligning with stakeholders regarding
  ALM processes and infrastructure choices
  Advising on
  Azure and deployment strategies
  Co-developing scalable environments
• Developing or determining the technical requirements for, as well as implementing, new hardware or software and applications with the goal of providing a high-quality set of equipment and applications.
• Basic development in
  .NET (supporting role)
  Integrating solutions within existing systems
• Collaborating with development teams
• Monitoring, maintaining, testing, and securing the IT infrastructure and/or software applications with the aim of ensuring a high degree of reliability, security, and user-friendliness for end users.
• Setting up and managing
  CI/CD pipelines
  Managing
  release management processes
  Safeguarding stability, security, and compliance
• Maintaining data structures and/or system settings, providing a high-performance environment for data management, and ensuring backups of user files in order to guarantee the accuracy of business data and enable quick recovery in case of loss or damage.

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  Management of Azure environments
• Supporting deployment and configuration
• Analyzing, resolving, and following up on application- or network-related problems with the aim of restoring the operation of these applications or networks
  Troubleshooting within pipelines and deployments
• Collaborating with external partners during incidents
• Proactively improving processes
• Formulating proposals for renewal and optimization of the area of activity with the aim of meeting current and future (business) needs.

  Optimizing CI/CD and release processes
• Introducing best practices in ALM
• Safeguarding knowledge and keeping data and documentation up to date for one's own area of expertise, as well as communicating the information, with the aim of maintaining a correct and complete overview of all available components and applications throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Documenting pipelines, infrastructure, and processes
• Sharing knowledge with internal teams and partners
• Standardizing working methods

Given the course of the selection procedure and the request for a security clearance/advice, the candidate will only be able to start in August.
