As Teamleader Database, you organize and lead the Database team. You define the team’s objectives, establish the task schedule, and distribute useful information within the company. You support, coach, and motivate your team members, encourage their personal development, and ensure continuous action.

In addition, you participate in establishing and managing the team’s budgets, evaluate the services provided by the team, and ensure that they are used efficiently. As the main point of contact for our clients (internal and external), you handle negotiations with them and provide the necessary support.

You also ensure that the strategy defined by management is known and followed by all team members, thanks to close monitoring of their work.

Finally, you develop a long-term vision based on this strategy and follow market developments. You also work closely with other teams.
