Your team
The Asset Data team manages the complete Asset register of Aquafin. You collect all knowledge and information from our installations, so that we can continuously improve water purification and plan the lifecycle of our assets effectively. An indispensable link in Aquafin’s progress, working together with the rest of the organization to achieve clean water throughout Flanders.
Your role
As Data Administrator Asset Information, you ensure that all technical information of new and renovated installations is correctly processed in our databases. To do this, you analyze project final dossiers and translate the supplied information into reliable and usable asset data.
You work with technical documentation such as technical datasheets, plans, P&ID’s, electrical diagrams, and other project documents. Thanks to your accuracy, colleagues from maintenance, operations, engineering, and asset management always have access to correct data.
What will you do?
- Process final dossiers of infrastructure and installation projects.
- Interpret and analyze technical documentation such as:
- technical datasheets;
- as-built plans;
- P&ID’s;
- electrical diagrams;
- cable calculations.
- Register and update asset data in the various databases and management systems (Maximo, Autodesk Vault, Sharepoint).
- Check the completeness, quality, and consistency of the supplied data.
- Flag missing or unclear information and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external partners/engineering firms.

Important information!
For this role, on-site presence in Ostend is required at least 3 times per week!
