Since 2021, SPW has implemented a platform for the management of Projects, Programs, Portfolios, and Plans (called "P4" and based on a SAAS implementation by the vendor Planisware), which manages both business and IT projects. Capacity planning is currently being rolled out.

This platform currently includes:

• 3,500 projects;
• 1,100 Programs/sub-programs;
• 140 Strategic Plans;
• 700 users.

SPW Digital provides technical support for this platform, more specifically the Digital PMO, which currently consists of 3 people. The functional manager of the application is located within the Cross-Functional Strategies Unit of the General Secretariat.

In this context, a series of projects must be carried out, including:

• Maintenance and administration of the platform;
• Implementation of new functionalities.

The profile should, among other things:

• Ensure the functional and technical analysis of the projects to be launched. The assignment may also include the collection phase of business requirements in order to draft all the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented;
• Configure or develop on the Planisware (P4) platform the functionalities that have been analyzed;
• Ensure the achievement of results through a quality approach: (test plan, supervision of tests, test reports and analysis, corrective measures, etc.);
• Communicate with the project manager and the various project stakeholders (key users, stakeholders, and experts);
• Functionally and technically document the configurations and developments carried out;
• Participate in meetings (project committees, COPIL, etc.);
• Provide user support and incident resolution;
• Train key users on the new functionalities put in place;
• Provide operational management of significant projects involving the application.

All activities will be carried out in accordance with the project, program, portfolio, and plan management methodologies of SPW.

The desired profile is that of an analyst-developer with excellent knowledge of Planisware (a Planisware certification is required) and of SPW.

They must be able to master and describe requirements in the form of analysis and technical proposals.

They possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to interact with both operational technical teams and business users.

Evaluation Method

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview before a panel, the composition of which will be communicated at a later stage.

The interview may be held remotely if circumstances require.
