The primary responsibility of the Technical BI consultant is to ensure the implementation of embedded reports, dashboards, and any necessary alerting based on MS PowerBI for the following types of reporting:

• Internal financial reporting based on SAP ECC6 data and other sources
• Customer service-related reporting based on SAP ISU data and other sources
• HR-type reporting (such as absenteeism dashboards and reports, work accident reports), using various databases (legacy technologies such as Software AG, Windev, etc.)
• Annual reporting at the CSRD & Taxonomy level

This is specifically from a technical perspective (ETL, data lake, data warehouse, data consumption, and data publication).

Additionally, the consultant will also be responsible for monitoring the run and the operational maintenance of the PowerBI environment.

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

Assignment modalities:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially deliver 260 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 24-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• The services must be rendered at least 3 days per week onsite at VIVAQUA's headquarters, potentially on a non-consecutive basis, unless express exemption is granted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without VIVAQUA's express authorization.
• The designated consultant must take into account the need for continuity of VIVAQUA's services and project constraints when planning their leave and must first agree upon this with the Managing Officer.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA's 'Code of Conduct for External Providers.'
