  • Support architecture and design reviews with a pragmatic delivery mindset.
  • Monitor technical debt and drive structural improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to coding, technical, and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with partners to continuously adopt and implement improvements to the game development framework.

Delivery Management

  • Develop, maintain, and track the roadmap, release plan, and migration plan for the instant lottery game portfolio.
  • Coordinate dependencies across internal teams, external suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Track progress, capacity, budgets, risks and key delivery constraints.

  • Organise and facilitate effective delivery governance.

Quality Assurance & Operational Readiness

  • Define clear quality expectations for games and platform components.
  • Oversee the test strategy and follow up on test execution.

  • Follow up on defects, incidents and improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery and quality processes.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the central technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strengthen collaboration between Product Owners, development teams and suppliers.
  • Facilitate decision-making on technical and delivery-related topics.
  • Create transparency around risks, planning, dependencies and trade-offs.

Experience

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in software development, software delivery or solution architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical, coordinating or delivery-oriented role.
  • Strong experience in complex software programs and multi-vendor environments.
  • Proven experience with Agile delivery models and iterative delivery approaches.
  • Experience with software migrations and digital transformation programs is a strong asset.

Technical competencies

  • Good understanding of software architecture and modern software development principles.

  • Experience with release and configuration management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and GitHub.
  • Ability to assess where AI-assisted tools can add value in software delivery, documentation, testing and quality assurance, while ensuring their responsible, controlled and compliant use.
  • Experience with digital platforms, content-driven solutions or gaming environments is an advantage.

Personal competencies

  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgement.
  • Natural leadership, with the ability to influence without relying on hierarchical authority.
  • Pragmatic, result-oriented and focused on progress.
  • Able to make clear decisions under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to translate technical complexity into clear messages for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust across organisational boundaries.

Expected contribution

In this role, you are expected to create tangible value by:

  • embedding technical quality into the delivery process;
  • identifying and managing risks at an early stage;
