We are looking for a technical lead backend developer to join the development teams of our core business applications.

Their mission will be to ensure the quality of development and the supervision of developer teams. They will therefore serve as a technical reference for the projects in which they are involved.

The responsibilities for this position are:

• Technical leadership:
• Ensure the quality, maintainability, and performance of developments.
• Implement and promote development standards, best practices, and quality tools.
• Perform or supervise code reviews.
• Ensure continuous integration and best DevOps practices.

• Ensure compliance with IT security standards.

• Team supervision:

• Support, coach, and help developers grow their skills.
• Provide technical support in solving complex problems.
• Organize the distribution of technical tasks within the team.

• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Project collaboration:

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in workload estimation and development planning.
• Identify and anticipate technical risks.
• Monitor the progress of technical work.

The expected technical skills are:

• Excellent command of the programming languages and frameworks used by the company
• Develop REST services (in .net framework and .Net 8+)
• Mastery of Entity Framework Core
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Mastery of Oracle relational databases (version 19 and later) and SQL (version 2016 and later)
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and secure development best practices.
• Knowledge and use of Apache ecosystem solutions in the context of Java solution hosting
