Technical Assistant – Technical Data Management

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The position is responsible for performing technical-administrative, drawing-technical, and operational tasks within the department with the aim of managing information and providing the company with efficient support

• Performing operational tasks by using specific technical drawing programs to support the department with the aim of guaranteeing correct information.
• Redrawing drawings and adjusting documents according to applicable standards.
• Measuring and drawing new and old installations, floor plans, and devices; detecting and correcting historical errors on documents and drawings.
• Searching, registering, processing, checking, and following up on data, documents, and materials, in accordance with defined procedures, with the aim of making the most up-to-date version of documents available.
• Correcting and processing data and plans in the designated application.
• Archiving plans and registering and classifying documents.
• Distributing technical process information, relevant magazines, and catalogs.
• Compiling, processing, and supplementing maintenance files based on the provided information (e.g., construction files, …) with the aim of supplying the correct data to the executors of works and/or modifications.
• Compiling a maintenance file based on a construction file.
• Documenting changes to components and/or plans in the maintenance files.
• Updating and checking for correctness/completeness of data in the maintenance file (including brand, type, supplier, serial number, …).
• Reading, creating, adjusting, and checking plans with the aim of making the desired data available to the end customer.
• Assigning verified free drawing numbers and entering tag numbers according to the applicable numbering and coding in the database.
• Making requested adjustments to plans (both mechanical and electrical, …) (e.g., adjusting building plans, floor plans, lighting plans, P&IDs).
• Checking plans and technical data in the field (correctness of P&ID).
• Performing technical-administrative tasks at the request of an internal/external customer with the aim of providing services.
