The main responsibility of the Technical BI consultant is to ensure the implementation of embedded reports, dashboards, and possible alerting based on MS PowerBI for the following reporting needs:

• Internal financial reporting based on SAP ECC6 data and other sources
• Reporting related to customer service based on SAP ISU data and other sources
• HR-type reporting (such as dashboards and absenteeism reports, work accident reports, using different databases [older technologies such as software AG, Windev, ...])
• Annual reporting at the CSRD & Taxonomy level
• Reporting to our regulator Brugel

This is specifically from a technical perspective (ETL, data lake, data warehouse, data consumption, and data publication).

Additionally, the consultant will also be responsible for monitoring and operational maintenance of the PowerBI environment.

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules.

Terms of execution of the assignment:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and will potentially need to deliver 440 man-days spread over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a 24-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• The services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA's headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA's needs for service continuity and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning leave, and will agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA's "Code of Conduct for External Providers."
